  1. Our size is not very big, it may be 1-2 times smaller than Europe / US size.
  2. We measure by hands, please allow 1-3 cm errors.
  3. If the color of the product does not correspond to the published image, it may be the adjustment of brightness, light, saturation, tint, color of the screen or monitor, please allow difference of higher or lower tones.
  4. The estimated delivery of our products is from 15 to 45 days approximately. Depending on the inconvenience in transportation or transportation, it could take up to 60 days.
  5. Please do not open a dispute in 45 days. If the protection of the delivery is running out, tell us and we will extend the delivery time.
  6. The shipping cost is only one transport cost, it does not include any import tax. The buyer is responsible for any tax, insurance and right that his country charges.

After sales
